Woody Project Community Survey |
The Woody Project team invites you, our future neighbors, to share your voice and be heard through our Community Survey regarding whether you would like to be annexed into the city limits of Stockton, along with the Woody Project, or stay in the jurisdiction of San Joaquin County.
The Woody Project, a proposed residential community consisting of 175 single-family homes located in unincorporated San Joaquin County. The project site is located on the south side of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, one-third mile east of Mariposa Road, and north of the approved Murray Ranch project.
We are gathering community input to share with the City and County related to this future annexation to the City of Stockton.
This survey is part of an applicant-led outreach effort and could potentially include your parcel. Any annexation would require review and approval by the San Joaquin County Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO), the independent agency that oversees city boundary changes and evaluates services, fiscal impacts, and community benefit.
