2023 Santa Fe Business Achievement Awards Nomination Form

Nominations are now being accepted for the 2023 Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce Business Achievement Awards, held in-person on July 13, 2023, at the Santa Fe Farmers' Market Pavilion. All local, for-profit businesses are eligible for nomination and self-nominations are encouraged. (Non-profits are encouraged to apply for the Santa Fe Community Foundation Piñon Awards.)

You may nominate multiple businesses by refreshing this form when completed. A business may be nominated in multiple categories if they fit that category. Businesses who have won in any category in the past three years (2022-2020) are not eligible for nominations.

Seven awards will be presented this year:

· Business Excellence – 3 Categories
1-4 Employees
5-20 Employees
20+ Employees
· Green Business of the Year
· Family-Friendly Business of the Year
· Woman-Owned Business of the Year
· Business of the Year - nominations for all categories are automatically considered for this overall excellence award.

Winners are selected by the quality of the information provided and not the quantity of words. The more descriptive and concise a nomination is, the better the chance for the business to win an award. Under “specific examples," we encourage you to state how the nominated business meets one or more of the award criteria - refer to bullet points after award titles.
