United Voice is your union for security guards, no matter where you work. No work site is a non-union site, guards can be a member of their union wherever they are. Just like it takes a team of guards working together at one site to do their job, it takes guards, working together as a union, to win. By coming together in our workplaces we can win on workplace issues and by coming together across the whole industry we can win on industry issues. We have already come together as a union to win Portable Long Service Leave and an inquiry into the security industry. United, there’s nothing guards can’t accomplish!
