Welcome to the survey to provide feedback on Aotearoa New Zealand’s ninth periodic CEDAW report.

The ninth periodic report on the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) is due to be submitted in July 2023.

Public consultation is an important part of the CEDAW monitoring process. We invite your feedback on the draft version of Aotearoa New Zealand’s ninth periodic CEDAW Report.

Submissions are open from 26 January to 24 March 2023.

The report responds to a list of questions from the CEDAW Committee. The draft CEDAW report should be read in conjunction with this list of questions.
