1. Introduction

Hi everyone,
Palliative Care, End-of-Life Care… It’s not what we may want to think about, but we need to think about.
And it’s definitely a time and a service that creates extra anxiety and sadness for multicultural & multifaith (MCMF) LGBTIQA+ who may not feel services understand their needs, concerns, and how to support their various overlapping identities.
AGMC was delighted to be asked by Palliative Care Victoria to find out how they can improve their services to support you, your families, carers and various communities.
Please fill in the following survey, which is based on LGBTIQ Health Australia’s national survey, and with LHA permission, modified to address MCMF LGBTIQA+ communities in Victoria.

The survey will take approximately 20 to 30 minutes to complete.

The survey is open until 15 July 2022.
Your anonymous responses will be used by AGMC, Ananda Training and Consultancy and Palliative Care Victoria to design training and information for Victorian MCMF LGBTIQA+ in accessing and using Palliative Care.
If you have any questions or comments, please email me: mariapc@deakin.edu.au.
Thanking you in advance,

Honorary Fellow, Deakin University
AGMC Founding Committee Member (2004)
