Experience:
08-10 years of relevant experience, Preferably ex-Army background.
Key Responsibilities:
In day to day administrative operations in areas such as transportation facilities management, maintenance and security management; Provide overall administrative support to all ERO Departments and employees;
Ensure that the monthly rents of the premises are paid; Negotiate favorable terms of rental agreements and ensure timely renewal, as and when required;
Manage the housekeeping of the Office; Ensure that all the required utilities (water, electricity etc.) and furniture are operational;
Ensure that all telephone lines are operational; Ascertain that PABX/Fax equipment is in working order; Verification and payment of related invoices; Supervise the coherent flow of incoming and outgoing mail;
Ensure security arrangements are in place & fully implemented; Oversee security related correspondence with security agencies & Govt. depts.; Coordination with internal & external Security Agencies;
Assure compliance to safety regulations & admin SOPs; Spearhead disaster management & emergency evacuation plans;
Maintain effective relationships with local authorities; Ascertain timely renewals of admin contracts; Maintain cost effective relationships with suppliers & vendors (where applicable).
Obtain quotations for all capital items, corporate gifts and stationary required.
