For Community Members - Educational Delivery and Facility Rating Scale of Existing Buildings - Evergreen Park ESD 124

The following questionnaire is intended to give a comprehensive assessment in context to how you would rate your existing school building.  This qualitative assessment tool is organized into categories that relate directly to design patterns found in future ready learning environments.  The components of the rating scale include Building as a Whole, Social Areas, Learning Environments, Outdoor Areas, and Safety and Security. Responses shall be reflective of current conditions and not how you would rate your future learning environment.
