I4C26 will feature an exhibition showcasing applied knowledge, tools and approaches that support the implementation of climate action in cities. Located at the heart of the Conference, the exhibition will be seen by hundreds of participants as they move between sessions and gather throughout the day, providing a high-visibility platform to share work, spark conversations, and connect ideas across research, policy and practice.

Participants are invited to submit a short proposal through a brief form by 04 May 2026 outlining the content of their poster, including a brief description of the work, its relevance to urban climate action and knowledge priority gaps, and the key message to be communicated. Selected contributors will be invited to prepare a final poster for display at the Conference.

Contributions will be selected based on:
  • Relevance to the Conference themes and knowledge priority gaps as illustrated through the Global Research and Action Agenda on Cities and Climate Change Science (GRAA)
  • Clarity of presentation, ensuring content is accessible to a multidisciplinary audience
  • Practical application, including clear links to policy, implementation, or real-world impact
  • Quality and clarity of the work presented, including a clear grounding in evidence or practice
  • Diversity of perspectives, including geographic and thematic balance

Please note that we do not need to see the poster at this stage, selected applicants will be notified by 11 May 2026 with specifications to submit final posters by 25 May 2026.
