Each application will be reviewed by a committee and selections are made through an approval process by said committee. Your application does not guarantee a space will be offered to you. SOS reserves the right to accept or reject any applicant based on uniqueness and/or quality of product or services, space availability and attractiveness of setup. Vendor fees will be collected only after a vendor has received an acceptance offer.

I have read and understand the 2023 Rules and Regulations. If I have any questions, I will email strollonstate@gorockford.com.

I have included pictures of my product, setup and signage (where applicable).

If selected, I will pay full Vendor Participation Fee by check payable to RACVB by October 13, 2023. Credit/debit card payments will incur a 3.5% processing fee.

If selected, I will submit my Proof of Insurance to the Stroll on State committee by November 1, 2023.

If selected, I will contact the Winnebago County Health Department for any permitting/inspection needs prior to November 1, 2023. (ggoldman@wchd.org) (applicable to food/beverage vendors).

If selected, I will submit an updated fire inspection certification (applicable to food/beverage truck/trailer vendors).

If selected, I understand the 10% food & beverage commission of event sales are due December 8th, 2023 - 2 weeks post event. Failure to do so will reject all future Stroll applications (applicable to food/beverage vendors).
