It's once again time to hear your views about the information, advice and support you have received from Liverpool & Knowsley SEND IASS over the last year.  

Liverpool & Knowsley SEND IASS (special educational needs and disabilities, information, advice and support service) is collecting feedback about your experience to-date and ideas for service development. 

A big thank you to all those that provided feedback last year, as it helped to secure additional funding. Over the summer, we used this to recruit an administrator covering the helpline Mon-Weds and a Children and Young Persons worker. We also recruited a part-time SEND IASS support officer in each area to replace the Independent Supporter roles which came to an end nationally.

We appreciate you taking time to give us feedback and will use it to further improve the service and wherever possible to recruit extra staff.  

We may be in touch to gather more information around the answers provided and your comments may be shared anonymously with our local and national stakeholders, this means other organisations that we work with and people that use our services.
