JSA Event Management Workshop

  • The workshop will provide a hands-on demonstration of JSA’s upgraded Regatta Registration and Management platform powered by Clubspot, which incorporates the Regatta Toolbox system rolled-out last summer. The Clubspot platform is new and improved and the workshop will provide an opportunity to learn about its features and how to effectively use them (bring your laptop or tablet). Each host club should send at least one representative to learn about Clubspot.
  • We'll also review the updated templates for the Notice of Race, Sailing Instructions and race courses that are used by hosts of JSA qualifier and championship events
  • This year’s workshop will feature a special presentation with open discussion to guide race officers on effective ways of managing large numbers of boats on the starting line, which often occurs at Optimist dinghy events.
Regatta chairs, race officers, regatta committee members/volunteers, sailing and program directors are all welcome.
