Multiple Myeloma Experience Survey - Talquetamab (TALVEY) |
Introduction
We need your help!
Myeloma Canada is seeking information from people affected by multiple myeloma regarding a new drug, talquetamab or TALVEY, soon undergoing reimbursement review at Canada’s Drug Agency (CDA). CDA makes funding recommendations on oncology drugs approved for sale in Canada to all provincial and territorial drug programs (except Québec’s).
Sharing your experience can help decision-makers better understand how talquetamab treatment could benefit Canadians with myeloma.
This survey is intended for:
- Adults living with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma and their care partners who have received at least three prior lines of therapy
OR
- Patients who have received or are currently receiving treatment with talquetamab and their care partners.
As always, patient and caregiver input is particularly important, and your participation can contribute to increasing Canadians' access to new myeloma treatments.
This survey should only take around 10 minutes of your time. We ask that the survey please be completed by April 1, 2026, 11:59 PM EST.
If you have any questions, please write to contact@myeloma.ca and indicate “Tal. Survey” in the subject line.
Thank you in advance for your participation and helping your fellow Canadians impacted by myeloma!
Privacy policy: All survey datum is collected by Myeloma Canada. To ensure patient and caregiver privacy and confidentiality, individual responses will not be identifiable. Please note selected quotations may be used in the final report without reference to any identifying information.
