Why am I being asked to complete this survey?
We want to understand more about how Supervised Legal Practice (SLP) works in Victoria. Last year, we asked supervised lawyers about their experience of supervision. This year, we want to hear from supervisors of early career lawyers.
How long will it take?
Approximately 10 minutes.
Do I have to participate?
No, the survey is entirely voluntary and your participation will not impact on your practising certificate renewal application.
Is the survey anonymous?
Yes. Any information you share will be kept strictly confidential and anonymous, and will be stored securely in line with our privacy policy. We will not attempt to identify you or cross-reference your responses with our regulatory data. Results will only be reported publicly as de-identified and aggregate data.
What will VLSB+C do with the survey responses?
The survey responses will be analysed by VLSB+C’s Policy and Regulatory Strategy team and will be used to develop policies and resources to support supervised and supervising lawyers.
