The deadline to REGISTER is October 12.

The MIT Biological Engineering Career Expo will take place October 19th, 2018 in the Samberg Conference Center, 6th Floor, at MIT, for combined recruiting of undergraduate and PhD-level candidates. The event space will provide you with a conference style setting for recruiting, a poster session for PhD-level candidates, a refreshment station, and a staging area for company representatives to store supplies, bags, cases, and so forth. All student candidates (undergraduate and graduate) will be invited to visit the tables from 10 am - 4 pm. PhD-level candidates will present posters from 2 pm - 4:45 pm. This arrangement allows maximum flexibility for companies recruiting at both undergraduate and PhD levels, especially with multiple recruiters. The event can accommodate up to 6 recruiters per company. MIT BE faculty are invited to attend the poster session.

The fee schedule for one 6' table (up to 6 representatives/table may attend) for your company/organization is as follows:
Companies with 100 or more employees: $300.00
Companies with fewer than 100 employees or non-profit organizations: $100.00

If you're confident that you'll be attending but are not registering because you have not yet identified staffing or logistical details, please register regardless. The registration form is set up with only a few "required fields" and plenty of "unsure at this time" options on the multiple choice questions. We will follow-up with you at a later date to fill in any blanks.
