2023 Coulee Medical Center Survey

Coulee Medical Center needs your help! We are collecting information from the community that will help us as we begin a process to identify which services the community needs, and how we can build programs and services locally to support these needs. We also want to hear about the community's expectations and desires for the care they receive locally.
