Judi’s House is a grief center for children and families. The mission of Judi’s House is to help children and families grieving a death find connection and healing. Our vision is that no child should be alone in grief.
Judi’s House is partnering with your child’s school or local organization to support children who have experienced a death loss. The information you provide will help Judi’s House best support your child. If you are filling out the application for one child, it will take about 10 minutes.
Once you have completed this application, please click the second link provided to sign the Disclosure Statement. Judi’s House will review all materials upon completion.
