2018 FMO Conference Survey

Please take a few minutes to provide your comments on the 32nd Annual Folk Music Ontario (FMO) Conference, held at the Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites, September 27-30, 2018.

We use your survey responses in three ways: First and foremost, to improve all aspects of the conference for the performers, presenters, and all other delegates; second, to guide programming for the 2019 conference; and third, to report back to the agencies which fund Folk Music Ontario. The input that you provide helps to ensure that we will receive future funding.

The survey should take you about 15 minutes to complete. All of the completed surveys received by Friday, November 23, 2018 will be entered into a draw for one of five complimentary registrations for next year's 33rd annual conference, September 27-29, 2019, at the Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites.
