A Survey

Golf is not merely a game.  Each facility has a culture ranging from casual and relaxed to traditional and formal.  This questionnaire will help your facility determine where it is on that spectrum.

It is hoped that this survey will guide you in ensuring the culture offered is consistent with that desired by your patrons to facilitate the facility's long-term financial viability and to ensure the experience offered is consistent with evolving societal trends.

Question Title

* 15. In completing this survey, you will receive a score.

If every box is checked, the total number of points is over 1,600.

However, in selecting the criteria at your facility a casual golf course is likely to only accumulate under than 200 points.  A traditional, formal facility is likely to score above 800.  Thus, the higher your score, the more formal and traditional the facility.

Please note that the percentage provided by Survey Monkey shown is misleading as it represents a percentage of all possible points.  Thus, your score might be 800, indicating a very formal club, but the percentage will be 50% as that represents the score for all answers possible.
