Minerva BC welcomes participants from diverse backgrounds and experiences and creates space for people to share their stories as well as learn from others' stories. Opportunities for conversations about reconciliation between Indigenous and non-Indigenous people as well as the intersectionality of diversity is an integral part of the Learning to Lead™ program. All participants are asked to enter these conversations with an open and respectful heart and mind.
