What is the Workplace Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Award and why is it offered?
Part of Green Bay SHRM Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee’s mission is to recognize successful diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) efforts in the workplace. We want to provide an avenue to recognize organizations and/or companies who foster an inclusive work environment in which all employees are inspired to contribute their best through their different perspectives, backgrounds and experiences. We are also going to share ideas generated through these applications with other SHRM – Green Bay members to help them further DEI at their organizations!
Two award recipients will be chosen based upon organization size. The awards will be presented at the April 12, 2023 Green Bay SHRM meeting.
