Survey Introduction
The Council of State Archivists (CoSA), with support from its corporate sponsor Preservica, is conducting survey research examining interagency transfer practices for permanent state electronic records. CoSA also appreciates the cooperation of the National Association for State Chief Information Officers (NASCIO) in formulating and distributing this survey. By participating in this short survey, you can help identify challenges and risks relating to electronic records transfer.
The survey has been designed to capture three perspectives - Agency, State IT, and State Archives. Please select the perspective you best represent at the start of the survey. You will then be routed to the relevant page in the survey. For each perspective, there are 13 or 14 questions, that will take 10-15 minutes for your response.
