To be considered for the ASMIRT International Speaker Exchange Award, applicants must meet all of the eligibility criteria listed below. Please confirm that you satisfy each requirement. (Required.)

I am a current financial voting member of ASMIRT, with a minimum of three (3) consecutive years of post-graduate membership immediately prior to this application. (Note: Student membership does not count towards the required three years.)

I confirm that I will maintain ASMIRT voting membership for the full duration of the award period.

I currently hold registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra).

I am a resident of Australia and will remain so throughout the award period.

I declare that I have not previously received the International Speaker Exchange Award (this is a one-time award).

I am not a current ASMIRT Board member, employee or an immediate family member of either.
