Why Licensed Captains and Guides need to complete this Hurricane Damage Assessment:
The damages from Hurricane Ian to the charter fishing Industry were extensive. Information collected will be used to provide the most accurate economic impacts to our industry beyond the broad general insurance company assessments. The data collected will be compiled and presented to local, state and federal agencies and elected officials. Captains For Clean Water is quantifying impacts to assist in supporting charter captains. Individual data will not be shared.

What is a Hurricane Damage Assessment Survey:
Assessing the extent of the damage to property or total loss of equipment is the most accurate method of determining the actual total economic loss to your business and what it will cost for replacement or repair.
