Dear Graduate Students,
Thank you for registering for INNOVATION WITH IMPACT, the interdisciplinary graduate student project/research/performance exhibition on April 6, 2017 as part of Graduate and Professional Student Appreciation Week.
Innovation with Impact is the only interdisciplinary exhibition for graduate students from all 7 colleges across campus. It is a chance for the campus community to see the experiences and the hard work that graduate students often only share at off-site locations, conferences, or within their own college/program. It is also an opportunity for recipients of the GSA/Provost Conference Funding or GSA/Provost Graduate Small Research Grants, GuSH, to meet the requirements of their funding, to showcase how they have used the funds from these two sources.
- The exhibition will be from 4-6pm on April 6.
- Set up will be from 1-3pm on April 6 .
- Please complete the survey to register by March 3, 2017.
- You will need to provide information about yourself, your program, GSA/Provost funding (if applicable), abstract of your work, and the format of your visual display.
- You need to fill out the registration even if you are not available to present. There is a section on the registration to select an alternative way of participating.
All submissions will be accepted for display. You will be provided with one of the following display options for the day of the event:
- One easel and one white foam core board (30” by 40”), and pins. It is vital that you limit your display onto one easel/board.
