Pricing:
Booth = $625
Non-Profit Booth = $425.
Booths include one 8-foot skirted table with two chairs. Exhibits include attendance to the conference for two representatives with breakfast and lunch Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. A second table is available for half price.

Electricity is available for $25 per day.

Please indicate on this form if you need electricity, a second table, or are a non-profit and an invoice will be emailed to you.

Schedule:
Set-up: Tuesday, April 18, 2017 6:00 - 9:00 p.m.
Exhibit Hall Open: Wednesday, April 19 - Thursday, April 20, 2017.
PLEASE NOTE: The FULL conference in 2017 will be Wed., April 19, and Thurs., April 20. The POST-conference will be Fri., April 21. This is a change in how we have normally scheduled the conference.
