Written Statement Regarding Research

You are being asked to complete a survey on world language curriculum, assessment and instruction.

The purpose of this survey is to gather feedback to inform the development of new curricular guides, exemplars and supportive materials for NYS World Language teachers, administrators and students. Results of this survey will guide various professional development initiatives in order to address your needs in curriculum, assessment and instruction. Therefore, it is essential to seek feedback representing all stakeholders in the World Language (LOTE) profession across New York State.

The survey will take only 7 to 10 minutes of your time. Your participation in this online survey is voluntary, usernames or remote computer names will not be retained, stored, or used in data analysis or reporting by those involved in the data analysis and reporting. You can stop at any time by exiting the survey. The survey does not ask for any information that would identify who the responses belong to.
