The Leadership Style Assessment Questionnaire (LSAQ) measures your perceptions of how you lead in various situations and settings. In comparison to other measures currently available the LSAQ taps into new concepts using multiple approaches to item selection and response. Currently the instrument has been used with over 150 business leaders from organizations all over the world. To ensure the most accurate and reliable measurement of leadership styles the instrument will be continuously updated and improved, and new versions published, as new data become available.
