📋 EVV Training Quiz Instructions

You have been contacted as a result of having 6+ EVV exceptions for three consecutive months. You have received your 3rd Strike and are now required to complete and pass this EVV Training Quiz. Manually entered or edited shifts are not EVV compliant.

To address this, both the Employer and the Personal Support Worker (PSW) are required to complete additional EVV training within the month.

· A minimum score of 80% is required to pass.

· If you do not pass on the first try, you may retake the quiz.
