Access to in-person services for individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities |
Introduction
Thank you for taking 5 minutes to participate in this survey.
The New Jersey Regional Family Support Planning Councils consist of parents and family members of individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD).
Many programs and services are reopening and becoming available in person. Some individuals with I/DD have returned to the same in-person services, while others have not due to various reasons. The purpose of this survey is to collect data on barriers and potential solutions to reopen in-person services. We also would like to gather support needs from those who may not return to in-person services in near future.
If you have any questions or need a printed copy of the survey, please contact Kyoko Coco, at Kyoko.Coco@njcdd.org, 609-341-3112.
