The International Association of Universities (IAU) reaches out to its Members and to all universities and other higher education institutions (HEIs) in the world during this challenging time of COVID-19. According to the UNESCO, many millions of students are currently unable to attend classes - and the number is growing daily. HEIs are struggling to find the appropriate solutions to respond to the emerging problems while maximising the opportunities.

By taking part in this IAU Global Survey, you will be able to share if and how your institution has been affected by the current health situation.  COVID 19 impacts many institutions in many different ways, directly and indirectly.

Questions relate to students and academic staff mobility; access to classes/campus; extent of disruption of teaching, learning and research, as well as community engagement.

The objective is to gather data, monitor the situation impacting on higher education institutions worldwide and to learn about innovative solutions being developed to address the situation and ensure that international cooperation continues. The results of the survey will allow the higher education sector and society at large to better understand strategies to mitigate the impacts of COVID 19.

We would preferably receive only one answer per institution and it will take less than 10 minutes to complete.

Thank you for taking part in the Survey.
