In order for the Institute for Athletic Medicine to better serve your sports and school it is important for us to receive feedback. Please take a few minutes to complete this survey. Be aware that some of your concerns may be due to contractual limits placed on your athletic trainer. Having your responses allows us to understand and address our level of services provided to your program.
