About the Survey:
Your feedback helps shape the future of IAAP.
This annual Membership Satisfaction Survey is one of the most important ways we learn how well we are serving our members and where we can improve. Your responses will help guide decisions about membership benefits, professional development opportunities, certification programs, networking initiatives, communications, and future strategic priorities.
The survey is designed to:
• Understand your overall satisfaction with IAAP membership
• Learn which benefits and resources provide the most value
• Identify opportunities to better support accessibility professionals and organizational accessibility programs
• Gather input on future programs, services, and member engagement opportunities
The survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Responses are anonymous and will be reviewed in aggregate to help inform IAAP's planning and decision-making.
Past survey feedback has directly influenced enhancements to IAAP's education offerings, member benefits, professional development programs, and member engagement initiatives. Your input continues to play an important role in shaping the future of the association.
Questions may include multiple-choice, rating-scale, and open-ended responses. We encourage you to share your honest feedback and suggestions.
