You are invited to take part in a short survey, based on how you are doing in lockdown. The first 16 questions are about your views about the Delta Variant and your experiences during the latest lockdown.

After these questions, we will ask you some general questions about where you live, your age, what you do, and so on. It will not be possible to identify any one person from your answers unless you ask to be contacted.

This information will be used to inform the governments COVID-19 communications and response. The survey should take between 8 to 10 minutes to complete. By clicking "OK" you are consenting to take part in this survey.
