Hospice Halifax is a compassionate and supportive community dedicated to making dying and living as comfortable and as meaningful as possible at the end of life.
 
To improve our services, we want to learn about your experiences with Halifax Hospice or palliative care at home. The survey is anonymous and will take 5 minutes to complete. You can enter the prize draw for one of three $100 gas vouchers at the end of the survey.
