Thank you for participating in this important industry research on health payments automation and adoption of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange). Although changes in reimbursement models coupled with increases in consumerism in the US healthcare system are shifting priorities for many hospitals, adoption of electronic claims and payments remain on a critical path for efficient revenue cycle management.

As a healthcare industry colleague, we are interested in your perspective on how hospitals have adopted EDI practices into their healthcare claims, payment and remittance processing workflows. The goal is to create a research report with aggregate totals to help promote a more cost effective environment for all parties of the revenue cycle. As a participant, you will receive a copy of the report which will highlight both hospital (separate survey) and non-hospital survey responses.
