Please accept our apologies as we transition to a new messaging process for medication refills and appointments.

Look for an email from Patient Fusion. Patient Fusion provides you with access to your medical record and will allow you to communicate with our staff directly within our electronic medical records platform, Practice Fusion. While it does not offer the convenience of texting from your phone, it will be more secure and easier for our staff to respond to your requests for medication refills and appointments during office hours.

We will also be rolling out scheduling via Patient Fusion so that you can make your own appointment with the doctor.

The email you should have received from Patient Fusion will guide you through the process of accessing the system. If you have any difficulties or did not receive the email, please leave us a detailed message, below.

Once you have access, you may reach out to us via the “messaging tab” in Patient Fusion to request your prescription refills, ask questions and request appointments. Please note that there will no longer be a charge for stimulant refill requests/prescriptions.

As always, if you have an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

Thank you.
