The San Francisco Department of Elections needs your help for the November 8, 2022 General Election.

As a high school student, you will perform the duties of a Clerk poll worker which involves assisting with set-up tasks at 6:00AM sharp, processing voters throughout the day, completing closing tasks no later than 9:00PM, and working as a team under the guidance of the Inspector poll worker. This is a critical opportunity to engage directly with the democratic process and increase youth representation at the polls!
But why?
  • This looks great on scholarships, college applications, and job resumes
  • Learn about how voting works at the polls. Gain hands-on experience by helping your community cast their ballots and have their voices heard
  • Develop future leadership skills
  • Earn $$$
Upon completion of your Election Day assignment, you will receive a stipend of $225-$245.
