Introduction
Organizations across industries and sectors in India as well as globally have achieved business growth, operational excellence, and customer centricity through 'Digitalization'. Digital Transformation enables use of emerging and latest technologies (like AI, ML, RPA, AR/VR, etc.) for achieving business goals. HPCL embarked on the path of Digital Transformation with the commencement of 'Project Parikalp' in 2019.
HPCL is conducting a Digital Maturity Assessment Survey this year across the organization (Assistant Officer to CGM). This Digital Maturity Assessment (DMA) Survey is an assessment of HPCL's current 'Digital Maturity' from the lens of HPCL employees. The purpose of this survey is to enable our organization in moving forward in its digital journey and develop strong digital capabilities to achieve our business goals and vision.

Through this survey HPCL will:
- Capture a fresh pulse of the organization and understand the impact of digital interventions undertaken
- Get feedback on adoption level of digital technologies, ways of working and digital culture
- Identify roadblocks and improvement areas in the organization's digital transformation journey
- Assess the organization-wide aspiration to scale up digital dexterity
Guidance to fill survey
- This survey will focus on five elements - (a) People & Organization (b) Capabilities (c) Governance (d) Change Management (e) Data
- This survey should take approximately 30-40 minutes to complete. It is strongly encouraged that all employees fill it out at their convenient time with full focus & sincerity
- The number of questions in this survey may vary between 30-50, depending on the department and designation of the respondent
- If you wish to exit the survey, you can return at a later time to edit or complete your survey
- It is strongly recommended that all employees fill out this survey and play a key role in our organization's digital transformation journey
