The City of Atlanta is updating its Consolidated Plan and preparing an Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice. These plans are required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and address local and regional needs related to housing, economic and community development, and homelessness. The Consolidated Plan will set priorities for the City’s allocation of funds under the Housing Opportunities for Persons with HIV/AIDS (HOPWA) and other federal housing and community development programs for a five-year period.

An important part of this study is hearing from local stakeholders regarding the unique housing needs of people living with HIV and AIDS. This questionnaire is one way we are collecting input. A more extensive survey of general housing and community development priorities is available at
