The Task Force to End Homelessness of the Massachusetts Conference, UCC, is interested in helping individual congregations to be a resource for each other in the work to end homelessness. This survey is meant to be a first step; we hope to make the results available to groups hoping to expand their outreach efforts, to help churches with similar programs to network with each other, and to provide education that will help your church with your existing ministries. In addition we will use the data to increase communication among churches with similar ministries, and between churches and the Task Force to End Homelessness. Thank you for agreeing to participate!
