* 2. REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN THE ADOPTER PROGRAM

Must be a maternal health professional (includes but is not limited to Community Health Worker, Doula, Midwife, Family Nurse Practitioner, Obstetrician, General Practitioner, and others)

Apply using the primary email (typically your work email address) that will be associated with your Happy Mama license

Willingness to use the Happy Mama app and platform with a minimum of five (5) birthing and/or postpartum persons, all of whom must be onboarded within 30 days of joining the Program for a period of 12 months

Willingness to provide feedback on Happy Mama and participate in materials produced by Reach Healthcare for Happy Mama including but not limited to a case study or studies, slide set, case study video, onsite photography, industry analyst interviews, speaking and/or panel discussion opportunities and PR including a news release and social media

Willingness to use a Harman/Kardon Traveler Speaker as a birth tool. Reach Healthcare will provide the Harman/Kardon Traveler Speaker which is intended to be used in conjunction with the Happy Mama App and may and will be for the indefinite use and ownership of the Participant in exchange for completing the onboarding of five (5) or more birthing and/or postpartum persons.
