To ensure the plan is tailored to the needs and interests of the residents who live in the area of the SNAP, we are looking for your feedback on how you would like to be involved, what matters most to you, and what changes and improvements you would like to see in your neighbourhood.
Important Information:
The Online Survey closes on February 29, 2020 and takes approximately 18 minutes to complete.
Only one (1) submission per resident is permitted. You are encouraged to consider all members of your household while answering the questions.
Information collected as part of this survey will be kept confidential and used only for the purposes of the SNAP project. You can also choose to be anonymous.
