2017 Home Healthcare Evidence-Based Practice Survey

Dear Home Healthcare Nurse:

My name is Linda Thiel, OP, Ph.D., RN and I am an associate professor at the University of Detroit Mercy (UDM). Dr. Arthur Ko (Faculty, Graduate School, UDM) and I are conducting a study to gather information from home health care nurses regarding evidence-based practice (EBP) attitudes and engagement. The results of this study will be used in developing and planning home health care nurses’ EBP engagement strategies.

Your participation is strictly voluntary. All information obtained through the survey is strictly confidential. Anonymity is ensured; participant’s name is not requested and findings will be reported as 'group' data. The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.
