1. Housing and Community Development in the City of Little Rock

Your opinion matters! The City of Little Rock is developing its plan to guide policy, actions, and investment for housing, infrastructure, community and  public facilities, and  economic development over the next five years. Known as the “Consolidated Plan for Housing and  Community Development,” the plan is required by the U.S. Department of Housing and  Urban  Development and  serves to address  community needs and  determine funding allocations for investment of the City’s federal entitlement funds (CDBG & HOME).
