1. Web Accessibility – User survey

1. Introduction
This survey is part of a European Commission study on Web Accessibility in the light of the Web Accessibility Directive. Your participation is highly appreciated and helps to understand the user perspective on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies. The survey consists of 5 parts, with 23 questions in total. It takes about 15-20 minutes to complete, depending on the types of assistive technology you may use. The survey design takes into account existing accessibility standards and is tested with people using different assistive technologies. The survey is machine-translated from English into other EU official languages, with additional validations for some languages.
