HCS believes in the importance of listening and learning as a core value that drives the way we operate in striving towards seeing all students thrive and experience a future without limits. We define authentic listening and learning as being committed to hearing and understanding a variety of voices to inform the decisions we make as a system and in each of our schools.
 
The work of casting a new, shared vision for HCS begins now. We cannot do it alone. We are excited to invite students, staff, families, community members, business leaders, and elected officials to share in developing a vision for the future of Hamilton County Schools. Our next strategic plan will be most impactful if it is shaped by our students, families, educators, and community partners.
