Hepatitis Queensland (HQ) has the opportunity to apply for funding from Hepatitis Australia to implement several hepatitis B (HBV) projects. This project aims to engage with the priority populations most at risk, to raise awareness and knowledge of HBV and encourage access to testing, appropriate management and treatment. (These priority populations come from The Second National Hepatitis B Strategy 2014-2017.)

We recognise and value the work being done by other organisations around Queensland in the area of HBV and would like your help in shaping the work of HQ across the state.

So we have some questions: in responding please include examples, with areas of most need, new or old ideas, and ongoing projects that may benefit from additional support by HQ.

Please submit your survey response before 5:00PM Thursday 28 January.

Your feedback may be published but your name and contact details (if you choose to provide them) will remain confidential.

Our questions are these:

Question Title

* 1. How do you think the rates of HBV diagnosis and management/treatment can be increased within priority populations?

Question Title

* 2. What ideas or wishes do you have on how HQ can establish or strengthen long-term HBV partnerships within the community sector?

Question Title

* 3. What ideas do you have that could improve priority populations' knowledge and understanding of HBV transmission risks, testing, clinical status and appropriate treatment and management?

Question Title

* 4. What are your ideas that could help link people from priority populations to HBV testing and clinical services and help address the role of stigma and other systemic barriers to care and support?

Question Title

Question Title
