Mandatory care time is coming to aged care.

The government has committed to implementing mandatory care hours in aged care. The changes will be phased in over the next two years.

Providers will receive $3.9 billion in additional funding over three years to meet these additional care hours and we need to make sure that this funding goes where it’s needed.

Now is the time to listen to the experts on the ground - aged care workers - about how we can make sure the new care time mandates really deliver for you and your residents.

Have your say in the Care Time Accountability Survey.

Join hundreds of residential aged care workers who have answered these simple questions to work out the plan to make providers deliver an accountable and transparent care time guarantee.
