The people leaders I work with are well educated on wellbeing and demonstrate a good understanding of the facts about wellbeing and mental health as multi-dimensional, dynamic and subjective and as a driver of both economic and social sustainability for organisations. They really get it!

They role-model high levels of self-care and attend well to their needs. They are working in ways conducive to sustaining personal high performance over the longer term.
