2019 SOT Poster and Platform Chair Volunteer Form

Introduction and Contact Information

Thank you for your offer to volunteer as a chair of a poster or platform session at the upcoming SOT Annual Meeting in Baltimore, Maryland. This form will collect your contact information as well as your top three poster/platform categories. All-day poster sessions will continue for the 2019 Annual Meeting. Poster presenting authors will not be asked to stand by their posters all day; they will be assigned one of four time blocks. Up to four chairs may be needed for poster sessions, depending on the number of posters in each session.
